Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) are critical for any entity involved in commercial real estate transactions. MTC’s Phase I investigations, in accordance with ASTM E1527-13, are comprehensive, custom narrative, reports which include review of all available environmental documents relevant to the subject property. If an environmental concern is identified on the property or a contamination source identified at a parcel adjoining or near the subject parcel during the course of a Phase I ESA, a Phase II investigation may be recommended. The Environmental Assessment Association approves each of MTC’s environmental inspectors.
