Established in 1981, in Burlington, Washington, Materials Testing & Consulting, Inc. maintains multiple fully certified and accredited locations throughout Western Washington. Our laboratories provide a full spectrum of professional services including geotechnical engineering and consulting, environmental engineering and consulting, special and construction inspection, materials testing and non-destructive testing.
